In "Science", (July 13th- Power Foods for the Brain) you will learn strategies for maintaining memory and improving brain function including how to prepare brain health-promoting meals.Â

In "Biology", (July 20th - Foods for a Healthy Heart), you'll discover how a plant-based diet doesn’t  just  prevent  heart  disease,  but  it  can manage and sometimes even reverse it.
