About the Event

Revisit your favorite classes from school and learn some great new recipes! 

In "Science", (July 13th- Power Foods for the Brain) you will learn strategies for maintaining memory and improving brain function including how to prepare brain health-promoting meals. 

Recipes: Steamed Sweet Potatoes (Served Two Ways); Easy Colorful Pasta Salad; Chocolate Pudding 

In "Biology", (July 20th - Foods for a Healthy Heart), you'll discover how a plant-based diet doesn’t  just  prevent  heart  disease,  but  it  can manage and sometimes even reverse it.

Recipes: Lemon-Berry Pancakes; Irresistible White Bean Dip; Sesame Quinoa Salad

Everyone's fave- "Phys Ed" (July 27- Food for Fitness), you'll be empowered with the knowledge and skills needed to prepare simple, nutritious meals that fuel optimal fitness and recovery!
