About the Event
In this FIVE CLASS series, we'll introduce you to the benefits of a whole foods, plant based diet. By the end of the series, you'll be armed with knowledge, confidence, and a bunch of yummy recipes to support your new lifestyle. Check out the class descriptions below:
The first class in this series will focus on getting ready to start a low-fat, plant-based diet. We'll discuss what this diet entails, what groceries to purchase, and what a healthful menu will look like. You'll use the next seven days as a week for preparation, and then after Class 2, we will jump into the diet! February 2nd: The Power of Your Plate
